How it works

  1. Complete the Common Core, then your role track — lessons plus auto-graded quizzes (80% to pass).
  2. Demonstrate practical skills verified by real PRN research staff.
  3. Earn a verifiable certificate and a clear roadmap toward industry certifications (ACRP / SOCRA).
  4. Graduates averaging 85%+ may apply for a 1-week observational shadowing experience at a PRN research site. Top performers may be considered for hire or referral to partner sites.

Shadowing is educational and observational, unpaid, and does not create an entitlement to employment or compensation. Training and shadowing do not count toward ACRP/SOCRA experience requirements — paid employment does, and our goal is to help you get there.
